Delivery area & service levels
We deliver fresh produce, microgreens, herbs, leafy greens and dehydrated fruit within the following areas: We currently deliver within the Greater Sandton–Midrand region, covering Johannesburg North suburbs such as Midrand, Sandton, Fourways, Bryanston, Sunninghill, Kyalami, Waterfall, Lonehill, Paulshof, and surrounding areas.
Deliveries outside these areas may be accommodated by special arrangement or incur an additional delivery fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you are uncertain whether your address falls within our delivery zone.
Delivery windows & order cut-offs
• Orders placed before 12:00 for next-day delivery (local zones) will be dispatched the following business day. For weekly scheduled runs (e.g., weekly veg box), order cut-off is Sunday 16:00 for delivery in that week, Wednesday.
Delivery fees & free delivery threshold
• Free delivery for orders above R500 – A delivery fee of R150.00 will be charge for any order below R500
Temperature-sensitive items
• Fresh produce & microgreens are dispatched chilled and should be refrigerated immediately on receipt. Dehydrated fruit is shelf-stable but must be kept in a cool, dry place once opened. We are not responsible for quality loss if product is left unrefrigerated after delivery for chilled items.
Delivery exceptions / failed deliveries
• Our drivers will attempt delivery once to the supplied address. If no one is available, the driver will leave a contact card (or attempt a re-delivery) and you will be charged any additional courier fee for a re-attempt. If the delivery cannot be completed and a return to sender is necessary, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a return handling fee.

- After dispatch you will receive an SMS and/or email with expected delivery window and a tracking link (where available).
Returns & Refunds — Landino Farming
Unopened / non-perishable returns
- For dehydrated fruit (unopened, in original condition) you may return the item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Perishable / chilled items (microgreens, leafy greens, herbs, fresh produce)
- We cannot accept returns of perishable items that have been opened or left unrefrigerated by the customer.
- If a product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition (damaged, spoiled or incorrect), please report within 3 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a refund, replacement or collection at our discretion.
How to make a claim
- Email info@landinofarming.co.za with order number, photos of the item(s), and a short description.
- Our team will respond within 24 business hours to confirm the next steps (refund, replacement or collection).
- If the fault is due to our error (wrong item / damaged), we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Refund timing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
Exceptions & notes
- We cannot accept returns for produce that was delivered correctly and subsequently mishandled by the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the claim is submitted outside the stated windows or without sufficient evidence.
