Q: How long until my order is delivered?
A: Standard local delivery is next business day for orders placed before 12:00. Deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: Deliveries outside these areas may be accommodated by special arrangement or incur an additional delivery fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you are uncertain whether your address falls within our delivery zone. — if we don’t deliver to your area we’ll show alternatives.
Q: My microgreens arrived warm — what do I do?
A: Move them to the fridge immediately and email Landino email address with photos within 3 hours. We’ll investigate and respond within 24 business hours.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: For perishable items — only if you report within 3 hours and provide photos. For unopened dehydrated products, you have 7 days to return. See the full Returns Policy for details.
