Today, we cultivate crisp aquaponic lettuce, spring onions alongside soil-grown herbs, edible flowers, microgreens and pea shoots
Our aquaponics system harmonizes fish and plants in a closed-loop, sustainable cycle that conserves water and produces exceptional quality leafy greens creating a perfect ecological balance.
To complement our own harvests, we also curate a selection of the finest seasonal produce from local growers, offering our clients a complete, premium basket of fresh ingredients.
